Guided Tours
The Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) will be reopening its doors for public tours starting in July. We are excited to welcome back visitors and share the incredible work that is happening here at our facility.
The guided tours will be offered Tuesday- Friday each week, with one tour in the morning beginning at 9:30 am and one tour in the afternoon, beginning at 1:30 pm.
Admission is free. Please book your tour in advance to secure your spot. Visitor parking is available at our Main Entrance on 1 Challenger Drive.
To book your tour, please send an email to DFO.MARCommunications-CommunicationsMAR.MPO@DFO-MPO.GC.CA with the following information:
- Preferred date of your visit(s)
- Time of arrival
- Size of your group
- Do any members of your group require assistance or accommodation (i.e. do they use a wheelchair, crutches or any other assistive device/program)
- Do you prefer for the tour to be conducted in English or French?
